摘    要:通过采用并行设计层层优化设计方式,对16m单柱立式车床的焊接结构横粱进行G5精度分析、变形包络曲线分析、刀尖变形计算及对比分析,从中选取综合性能和工艺性最好的方案,并进一步有限元分析取得设计方案的完整数据,以满足设计需要。

Abstract:G5 precision analysing, out of shape surround curve analysing, out of knife shape computting and contrast analysing of sixteen meter single post vertical lathe welding structure cross beam had been done with compound advance design and layer upon layer optimum design form, the best plan of synthetical property and technological property was selected, and go to step further did finite element analysis integrated data of the best design plan, conteted needs of design.
