太阳能吸附式转轮制冷机研究

摘    要:从实用的角度出发,设计了以活性炭纤维-乙醇为工质对,由太阳能驱动的固体吸附式转轮制冷机试验研究系统,该系统以辐射状排列的活性炭纤维板构成的转轮式吸附器为核心部件,在强化传热的基础上,强化传质设计,应用吸附机理研究成果,改善吸附床内解吸和吸附的传质过程,从而使制冷装置具有结构简单、无噪声、制冷速度快、热力系数比较大、不污染大气环境和对人体无害等优点。通过对系统性能分析,得出了该系统综合利用了高级制冷循环,具有实现连续制冷,改善制冷剂在吸附床中的传热、传质性能,提高吸附、解吸速度,从而进一步提高了循环效率的结论。

Abstract:On the basis of being utilized practically,adopting activated carbon fibre-ethanol as its working pair,an experimental research system about solar energy rotary solid adsorption refrigerator was designed.Rotary adsorption bed made by the activated carbon fibre board arranged like the radiation form as the key part,on the basis of strengthening the heat transfer,the solid adsorption rotary refrigeration machine could improve the spreading quality of the design.Through using the research results of the adsorbing mechanism,improving the mass transfer course of adsorption and desorption in the adsorbing bed, the refrigeration device has the advantages of simple structure,no noise,fast refrigerating,higher heating power coefficient,no pollution to the atmospheric environment,no harm to human body,etc.Through analyzing the performance of the system,utilizing the advanced refrigeration cycle synthetically,authors draw the conclusion that the system has realized many innovations including the refrigerating continuously,improvement of the quality of the mass and heat transfer of the refrigerant in the adsorbing bed,increasement of the speed of adsorbing and desorbing,and improvement of the circulation efficiency to a further step finally,etc.
