新型高效精炼合成渣的开发与应用

摘    要:针对现有精炼合成渣存在的易吸水粉化、不易熔化、电耗高等问题,通过优化设计配比,采用高碱度、高Al2O3渣系,开发了成分粒度均匀、强度高、性能稳定的新型高效精炼合成渣,可实现生产及炼钢加入的机械化、自动化。应用表明,该合成渣加入量5~8 kg/t,渣中TFe含量低,精炼及脱硫效果好,精炼化渣时间缩短3 min,吨钢电耗减少了近7 kW.h。

Abstract:Aiming at the problems of existing synthetic flux for steel refining, such as easy moisture-absorption pulverization, uneasy melting and high power consumption, through proportional optimization design, adopting the fluxes with high alkalinity and high Al2O3 content, new type-high efficiency synthetic flux with uniform composition and granularity, high strength and steady properties was developed. Its production and use can be mechanized and automated. Applications showed that when the addition amount of the flux was 5 to 8 kg per ton steel, the TFe content in the slag was low and the effects of refining and desulphrization were fine. Then the time of refining slag melting was shortened by 3 minutes and the power consumption was reduced by 7 kW.h per ton steel nearly.
