浸渍工艺对炭/炭复合材料力学性能的影响

摘    要:通过对浸渍前后C/C复合材料抗弯性能、剪切性能和耐压性能的比较,分析了浸渍工艺过程对C/C复合材料力学性能的影响.浸渍工艺使C/C复合材料力学性能有明显改善:抗弯强度由浸渍前的101MPa提高到浸渍后的159 MPa,剪切强度由浸渍前的8.6 MPa提高到浸渍后的12.1MP,抗压强度由浸渍前的82 MPa提高到浸渍后的136 MPa.浸渍前后C/C复合材料断口的扫描电镜照片分析可得出浸渍工艺的炭生长层有与CVD工艺类似的微现结构的结论.

Abstract:The effects of impregnation on mechanical properties of C/C composites were investigated by contrastbetween pre-impregnated and impregnated composites. Bending strength, shearing strength and compres-sive strength of C/C composite have significantly been improved through impregnation, the value reached159 MPa, 12. 1 MPa, 136 MPa from 101 MPa, 8. 6 MPa and 82 MPa, respctively. The SEM photo-graph of C/C composites were studied and shown that the upgrowth of impregnation and CVD have thesimilar microstructures.
