| 摘 要： | 介绍了湖北沙隆达股份有限公司13万t/a氯气处理、氢气处理工序的扩改工艺。给出9万t／a隔膜法与4万t／a离子膜法烧碱装置的氯氢处理工序的并轨方案及实施办法。扩改过程中，在氯气系统配置了4个安全水封，在氢气系统配置了2个安全水封，起到了保证安全生产、保护电解槽的作用。 |
