凝汽器铜管腐蚀研究(1)--水质稳定剂和新铜管内壁表面膜的影响

用分光光度法、电化学方法试验了几种常用的市售阻垢剂及取自电厂的水质稳定剂对铜、铁、锌、镍离子的络合作用和对铜管的缓蚀作用;用电化学方法测试了几种 ＨＳｎ７０－１Ａ新铜管试样在多种冷却水中的耐蚀性。试验结果 表明,这些阻垢剂和水质稳定剂大多对铜离子、锌离子或（和）铁离子有较强的络合作用;常规使用浓度下这些水质稳定剂不一定有缓蚀作用;提出必须经试验确定具体使用条件下水质稳定剂的“上限浓度”和缓蚀剂的“下限浓度”;新铜管试样的耐蚀性差别主要归因于试样出厂时内壁表面膜的状况。

Study on Copper Tube Corrosion of Condenser--Impacts of Water Stablizers and Inner Wall Surface Film of New Copper Tubes

The complexing action on copper, iron, zinc and corrosion inhibition action on copper tubes of several often used market-sold antiscaling agents and water stabilizers from power plant were tested using spectrophotometry and electrochemical process;the corrosion resisting property ies of several HSn70-1A new copper tube test samples in various kinds of cooling water were measured and tested using electrochemical process. The testing results showed that, most of these antiscaling agents and water stabilizers had stronger complexing actions on copper ions, zinc ions or/and iron ions; while these water stabilizers hadn't necessarily corrosion inhibition action under conventionally used concentrations. This paper puts forward, is necessary to determine "upper limit of concentration" of water stabilizer and "lower limit of concentration" of corrosion inhibition agent under concrete operating conditions through testing. The differences in corrosion resisting properties of new copper tube test examples are mainly attributed to the surface film conditions of inner wall when the testing samples leave the factory.
