摘    要:提出一种基于流固耦合的橡胶O形圈静密封泄漏计算方法。对平行平板泄漏模型进行改进,使其适用于通道截面高度可变的泄漏率、介质压力计算;采用有限元仿真方法进行固体力学分析,求解宏观接触压力;采用Greenwood-Willamson模型进行接触力学分析,求解泄漏通道平均高度。基于数值方法研究介质压力、环境温度、表面形貌参数对橡胶O形圈密封性能的影响规律。结果表明,随着介质压力、环境温度、表面高度分布标准差的增大,体积泄漏率逐渐增大。上述数值方法以泄漏率作为表征密封性能的参数,能综合考虑橡胶材料、介质、工况等多种因素对O形圈密封性能的影响,对橡胶O形圈的寿命预测和失效分析更具指导意义。

Abstract:A fluid-solid coupling based numerical method for the calculation of leakage of rubber O-ring static seal was proposed.The parallel plate leakage model was improved to make it suitable for the calculation of leakage rate and fluid pressure with variable channel cross section.The finite element simulation was used for solid mechanics analysis to solve the static contact pressure.The Greenwood-Willamson model was used for contact mechanics analysis to solve the average height of the leakage channel.Based on the numerical method,the influence of fluid pressure,ambient temperature and surface topography parameters on the sealing performance of rubber O-ring was studied.The results show that the volume leakage rate gradually increases as the fluid pressure,ambient temperature or the standard deviation of surface height distribution increases.This numerical method uses the leakage rate as a parameter to characterize the sealing performance comprehensively considers the impact of rubber materials,fluid,working conditions and other factors on the sealing performance of O-ring,which is more helpful for the life prediction and failure analysis of rubber O-ring.
