摘    要:为研究无内冷的柱塞连杆式热轧卷取机扇形板表面龟裂问题,对比分析3种不同的外部冷却方案,运用ANSYS有限元分析软件对温度应力及热变形进行仿真.在连续卷取10卷后,分别对比第10卷卷钢结束、空冷1 s时、水冷结束时3个时间点的应力及热变形云图,说明少水冷方案在实际热轧过程中的优越性,为水冷工艺对扇形板龟裂的影响研究提供参...

Abstract:In order to study the surface cracking of sector plate of plunger connecting rod hot rolling coiler without internal cooling,three different external cooling schemes were compared and analyzed,and ANSYS finite element analysis software was used to simulate the temperature stress and thermal deformation.After ten coils of continuous coiling,the stress and thermal deformation cloud pictures of three time points,such as the end of the tenth coil steel,one second after air cooling and the end of water cooling,were compared to explain the advantages of the less water cooling in the actual hot rolling process.The results provide reference for the research on the influence of water cooling process on the cracking of sector plate.
