船舶机舱监控系统BIT设计方法研究

摘    要:根据当前船舶机舱监控系统的技术特点,提出了系统的机内测试(BIT)总体设计,分析了计算机及通讯通道、传感器及信号调理电路、执行机构及驱动电路、供电电源及配电网络4类功能单元的BIT设计方法,并进行了具体的BIT硬件电路设计.有助于指导机舱监控系统BIT设计,对于提高该系统的故障诊断能力、简化设备维修和降低总体费用具有重要意义.

Abstract:According to technical characteristics of engine room monitoring and control system,the overall project of BIT(Built-in test) design for the system was proposed.Then the BIT design methods of function units in the system were analyzed and the detailed BIT circuit architectures were presented.The function units of the system can be divided into four types:computer and communication channel,sensor and signal processing circuit,actuator and driver circuit,power supply and distribution network.The research of BIT design for engine room monitoring and control system contributes to improve the diagnosis ability,simplify the maintenance process and reduce the total costs.
