煤矿刮板输送机断链监测系统设计研究

断链是刮板输送机中常见的故障问题，以SGZ1000/2100型刮板输送机为研究对象，结合实际情况设计了断链监测系统。监测原理是基于刮板两侧通过相同位置时的时间差判断其倾斜程度，进而分析断链情况。系统设置了5组断链监测传感器和1组定位传感器，前者为XS1 N30PA349型电感式接近开关，控制器选用S7-1200型PLC控制器。软件程序由一个主程序和多个子程序共同构成，每个子程序负责对应功能，主程序运行时通过调取子程序实现各项功能。将断链监测系统应用到刮板输送机工程实践中，经现场应用发现达到了预期效果，为企业创造了良好的安全和经济效益。

Design and research on broken chain monitoring system of scraper conveyor in coal mine

Broken chain is a common fault problem in scraper conveyor.Taking SGZ1000/2100 scraper conveyor as the research object，a broken chain monitoring system was designed according to the actual situation.The monitoring principle is to judge the degree of inclination of the scraper based on the time difference when both sides of the scraper pass through the same position，and then analyze the broken chain.The system is equipped with 5 groups of disconnection monitoring sensors and 1 group of positioning sensors.The former is an XS1 N30PA349 inductive proximity switch，and the controller is a S7-1200 PLC controller.The software program is composed of a main program and a plurality of subprograms.Each subprogram is responsible for corresponding functions.When the main program is running，various functions are realized by calling the subprograms.The broken chain monitoring system is applied to the scraper conveyor engineering practice，and it is found that the expected effect has been achieved through on-site application，which has created good safety and economic benefits for the enterprise.
