采动作用下不良地质隧道衬砌结构受力性能分析

摘    要:为了探究采动作用下不良地质隧道衬砌结构受力性能,选择包含采动作用的不良地质隧道建设区域作为研究对象,安装水土压力计和钢筋应力传感器,根据传感数据分析峰值应力分布、外荷载以及主筋内力分布,明确衬砌结构的受力性能。将采动影响下的地表变形划分为2种类型,计算变形状态下衬砌结构的弯曲轴向应力,获取不良地质隧道衬砌结构的外部垂直荷载值,实现采动作用下不良地质隧道衬砌结构受力性能分析。采动作用下隧道衬砌结构底部轴向力包含3个峰值应力,两侧-50~50 m区域、350~450 m区域存在2个较小的峰值应力,而中间150~250 m区域存在较大的峰值应力。不良地质隧道衬砌结构,受到采动影响后呈现出受力不均匀的特点,具体显示为中间受力大、两侧受力小。

Abstract:In order to explore the mechanical performance of tunnel lining structure under mining action.Select the unfavorable geological tunnel construction area including mining action as the research object,install water and soil pressure gauge and reinforcement stress sensor,analyze the peak stress distribution,external load and internal force distribution of main reinforcement according to the sensing data,and clarify the mechanical performance of lining structure.The surface deformation under the influence of mining is divided into two types.The bending axial stress of the lining structure under the deformation state is calculated to obtain the external vertical load value of the lining structure of the tunnel in bad geology,so as to realize the mechanical performance analysis of the lining structure of the tunnel in bad geology under the action of mining.Under the action of mining,the axial force at the bottom of the tunnel lining structure includes three peak stresses.There are two smaller peak stresses in the area of -50~50 m and 350~450 m on both sides,while there is a larger peak stress in the area of 150~250 m in the middle.The lining structure of Unfavorable Geological Tunnel shows the characteristics of uneven stress after being affected by mining,which is specifically shown as large stress in the middle and small stress on both sides.
