Abstract:In order to adapt to the development trend of intelligent manufacturing and improve the research level of welding performance of digital welding machine, a method of establishing and optimizing the process parameter model of digital welding machine on SAW (Submerged Arc automatic Welding) steel pipe is introduced, and the mathematical model in the actual production process is verified.
