摘    要:为了能够全方位地测试电能质量控制装置对各种电能扰动的补偿控制性能,研制了基于可控电压源型变流器的电力扰动发生装置(Interruption Generator based on Voltage Source Converter,VSC-IG),设计了满足装置运行稳定性与快速性指标的主电路参数。构建了基于同步旋转坐标系的电流调节的直流电压稳定控制器的设计方法。实验结果表明,所设计的主电路参数与控制器是正确的,装置可以稳定灵活地产生各类电压扰动波形。
