沥青改性用星线共混丁苯嵌段共聚物的合成研究

摘    要:以环己烷、正己烷混合物为溶剂,四氢呋喃为结构调节剂,正丁基锂为引发剂,丁二烯、苯乙烯为单体,采用双官能团线型偶联剂及四臂星型偶联剂,以阴离子两步法偶联工艺合成了沥青改性用苯乙烯-丁二烯-苯乙烯嵌段共聚物(SBS)。结果表明:采用星线化学共混偶联所合成的样品GPC谱图呈三峰分布特征,可获得理想的沥青改性效果,尤其是可以实现改性沥青2个重要指标的平衡统一。

Abstract:In this paper,a tri-modal coupling technic was developed for the synthesis of styrenebutadiene-styrene block copolymer specially used in the asphalt modification.Dichloromethyl-silane and tetrachloride silicon in mixture was used as multi-function coupling agent to generate simultaneously star and linear shaped molecules in the anionic polymerization,which used cyclohexane/n-hexane mixture as solvent,tetrahatrafrun as polar modifier,n-butyl lithium as initiator.The GPC spectra of the synthetic sample showed characteristic tri-modal distribution,and the copolymer obtained with this method could achieve ideal balance in the properties of modified asphalt.
