| 摘 要： | 针对参窝水库设计时采用汛限水位"静态控制法"所造成洪水资源浪费问题,和上游观音阁水库为多年调节水库,防洪库容较大、弃水少,重点研究参窝水库汛限水位动态控制方法,并结合洪水预报成果,提出全新的水库汛期水位的动态控制方法,提高水库的调节性能,充分利用水资源.

| Abstract: | The paper studies the dynamic control method of limit water level in flood period in Shenwo reservoir in connection with flood resources waste due to adoption of static control method of limit water level in flood period in the design of Shenwo reservoir,and large flood control reservoir capacity,puts forward a new dynamic control method of water level in flood period with flood forecast result,the regulating performance of reservoir is raised,the water resources are used fully. |
