| 摘 要： | 对钢厂使用的无缝纯钙包芯线、有缝纯钙包芯线和合金钙包芯线进行综合效益分析;建立了钢中钙含量、钙收得率、包芯线成分、包芯线用量、钙用量、包芯线费用以及包芯线价格之间的关系模型;采用算例和图示方法,比较了3种包芯线的钙用量、包芯线用量和包芯线费用随钙收得率的变化。研究结果表明：有缝纯钙包芯线有显著的用量优势和费用优势。

| Abstract: | In this paper,comprehensive analysis is carried out to analyze the seamless pure calcium wire,seam pure calcium wire and calcium alloy wire used in steel works.The relationships are obtained among the percentage of calcium in the steel,calcium recovery,cored wire composition,cored wire consumption,calcium consumption,cored wire cost and cored wire price.The calcium consumption,cored wire consumption and cored wire cost of three cored wires are compared based on the examples and diagrams.The results demonstrate that the seam pure calcium wire has its superiority in consumption and cost. |
