| Abstract: | Teaching quality is lifeline of the college survival and development. It is an effective approach that establishes the teaching quality safeguard system of independent college and execute. The paper analyzes the teaching quality safeguard system of independent college and gives some advices on guaranteeing the teaching quality. |
