一级动力波洗涤器溢流堰结垢堵塞改造的生产实践

介绍了铜陵有色金属集团股份有限公司金冠铜业分公司1 450 kt/a硫酸系统运行过程中存在的问题及改造措施,针对一级动力波洗涤器溢流堰及对应的酸管道因循环酸中杂质含量高易结垢堵塞的问题,实施了气体冷却塔串酸至溢流堰进酸管稀释一级动力波洗涤器循环液进溢流堰的杂质浓度的技改措施,解决了溢流堰及酸管道结垢堵塞的问题。

Production practice of the first stage power wave scrubber overflow weir pipeline scaling and blocking

The problems existing in the operation of 1450 kt/a sulphuric acid system and the revamping measures of Jinguan Copper Company of Tongling Nonferrous Metals Group Co.,Ltd.are introduced.In view of the problem that the overflow weir of the first stage power wave scrubber and the corresponding acid pipeline are easy to scale and block due to the high impurity content in the circulating acid,the technical revamping measures of diluting the impurity concentration of the circulating liquid of the first stage power wave scrubber from the gas cooling tower to the acid inlet pipe of the overflow weir are carried out.The problem of scaling and blocking of acid pipeline is solved.
