摘    要:装备维修保障作为保持和恢复战斗力的重要因素,起着举足轻重的作用。作为提高装备使用效益的直接手段,贯穿于装备全寿命周期。本文结合通信装备维修保障工作实际,通过分析影响和制约通信装备维修保障能力的各项客观因素,建立通信装备维修任务量模型,以此确定满足不同保障单位所需要的总维修保障能力值。为计算不同单位维修任务量提供评估基础,为维修人力编配提供辅助决策。

Abstract:As important factor to maintain and restore combat effectiveness, equipment maintenance support plays an important role, which runs through the whole life cycle of equipments as direct means to improve efficiency of equipment. Combined with reality of communication equipment maintenance and support work, the paper analyzes objective factors affecting and restricting maintenance and support ability of communication equipment, establishes maintenance task model of communication equipment, to determine total maintenance and support ability and meet needs of different support units. It provides evaluation basis for calculation of maintenance task quantity of different units and auxiliary decision-making for maintenance manpower allocation.
