| Abstract: | The roles of slow/controlled release fertilizer in agriculture in China are summarized. Some problems to be settled urgently for industrialization of slow/controlled release fertilizer are expounded such as developing new product, improving equipment and process, intensifying quality supervision, promoting application and popularization etc. and the active action of slow/controlled release fertilizer for agricultural sustainable development is emphasized. |
