油套管表面防护技术的研究现状与展望

摘    要:综述了油套管表面防护技术的研究现状,介绍了油(气)田开发过程中油套管的腐蚀特征、腐蚀类型以及力学和服役环境条件对油套管的基本要求,分析了表面涂镀层工艺、激光表面强化工艺及表面合金化工艺等表面技术的特点及其在油套管表面防护中的应用,提出采用热渗镀技术在油套管表面制备镍基合金层以应对严酷服役条件的新工艺。展望了油套管表面技术新思路和方法。
