摘    要:文章全面分析了快走丝电火花切割机床加工精度的影响因素,按其对加工精度的影响进行了分类,根据软件补偿方法的不同分别说明了补偿的原理,总结了提高加工精度所能采取的软件措施,指出软件补偿是提高数控机床加工精度的最经济方便的方法。

Abstract:s:An analysis is made on the effect factors on machining accuracy of fast wire EDM. The factors are classified as their effect on the machining accuracy. The compensating principles are discussed respectively based on different software compensating methods. The paper sums up the software solutions that can be used for improving the machining accuracy and points out that the compensation made by software is the most economical method improving machining accuracy.
