摘    要:介绍了一种先落料后成形的新型级进模结构与送料机构,此级进模最大优势是不需条料作载体送料,提高了材料利用率,模具结构紧凑,模具工作零件简单。送料机构利用势能和凸轮控制,前送料机构和升高机构靠势能送料,凸轮控制送料具有二级运动速度。

Abstract:The novel die structure and feeding mechanism of a progressive blanking die was designed in which blanking and forming were carried out sequentially. In the operation, feeding is performed by potential energy and cam control instead of using strip material as carrier. The feeding of front feeding mechanism and rising mechanism depends on potential energy, while the feeding by cam control has a second-order motion velocity.
