高屈强比管线钢的安全性分析

摘    要:测试了不同类型、不同屈强比管线钢的静力韧度和相关性能,并对屈服后的形变和形变抗力的力学行为进行了研究分析.结果表明,经微合金化和控制轧制工艺而获取的高强度、高韧性、高屈强比的管线钢在强度、塑性、静力韧度及形变后的硬化等方面与低碳钢和其他低合金钢有不同的性能特点和变化规律,在高屈强比时仍具有较高的抗变形和抗破坏能力.随着屈强比的提高,虽然塑性指标断面收缩率z和延伸率A有所下降,但非线性关系,仍保持较高的塑性值.

Abstract:Static toughness and relevant property of pipeline steel with different grades and different yield ratio are tested,and deformation and its resistance mechanics after yielding are analyzed,the results shows that pipeline steel with high strength,high toughness and high yield ratio obtained by micro-alloy and control rolling process has difference property characteristics and transformation rule in strength,toughness and static toughness and harden after deforming in comparison of low-carbon steel and other low alloy steel.Pipeline steel with high yield ratio has higher capacity of anti-deformation and anti-destruction.Along with the increase of yield ratio,the pipeline steel still remains higher mold value,but non-linearity relation although toughness index Z and elongation A drop down.
