六种药剂对玉米螟赤眼蜂的急性毒性及安全性评价

摘    要:采用管测药膜法测定了丙环唑、乙膦铝、草甘膦、苯磺隆、哒螨灵和毒死蜱对玉米螟赤眼蜂成蜂的急性毒性,并对其进行安全性评价.结果表明,这6种药剂对玉米螟赤眼蜂成蜂的急性毒性LR50分别为有效成分3.25× 10-3、1.83×102、9.16×10-2、4.58×10-2、1.26×10-4、1.72×10-6mg/cm2;6种供试药剂对赤眼蜂成蜂的风险性分别为中等风险、低等风险、低等风险、低等风险、高等风险和极高风险.不同类别药剂对玉米螟赤眼蜂成蜂风险性存在差异,即除草剂和杀菌剂对赤眼蜂相对较为安全,而杀虫剂对赤眼蜂安全性较低.

Abstract:Use the dry film residue method under laboratory conditions to clarify the acute toxicity of propiconazole, phosethyl-A1, glyphosate, tribenuron-methyl, pyridaben, chlorpyritos to Trichogramma ostriniae, and the safety to the insect tested of these pesticides were also evaluated. The results showed that the toxicity of these pesticides were different. The LRs0 of these pesticides were 3.25×10-3, 1.83×10-2, 9.16×10-2, 4.58×10-2, 1.26x 104 and 1.72×10-6 mg a.i./cm2 respectively. Results of safety evaluation showed that propiconazole, phosethyl-A1, glyphosate, tribenuron-methyl, pyridaben and chlorpyritos were classified as moderate risk, low risk, low risk, low risk, high risk and extremely high risk with the safety factor of 1.19×10-3-12.5. It is indicated that the herbicides and fungicides were safety for Trichogramma ostriniae, but the insecticides have the potential risk of acute toxicity.
