自动刻线机气压传动系统的设计

摘    要:以自动刻线机为例研究了多缸单往复行程程序气压传动系统回路的设计方法和步骤,结果表明采用逻辑回路设计法设计出的自动刻线机气动控制系统线路简单、明了、控制准确,既能满足实际生产自动控制的要求,又能实现手动调节,是一种简单而又实用的控制系统.

Abstract:In this paper the automatic control cut line machine too is used as an model to explain the ways and steps to design the back and forth route system with multivats. An automatic control cut line machine with pneumatic drill press which is designed by logical loop is simple, clear and accurate in dominating. It can not only satisfy the requirements of the automatic control in real manufacture,but also realize the adjustment by human hands. So it is a simple and useful control system.
