Yb2O3—ZrO2系超细粉的制备

摘    要:本文采用溶胶—凝胶法,以ZrOCl_2·8H_2O和Yb_2O_3作为起始原料,按事先确定的组成配成水溶液,与氨水溶液进行反应制得ZrO_2·XH_2O和Yb(OH)_3混合胶体。然后对湿凝胶用蒸馏水反复漂洗,经无水乙醇脱水处理、烘干,在700℃煅烧1小时,获得颗粒尺寸为0.02μm的Yb_2O_3—ZrO_2超细粉。所得粉末不仅颗粒尺寸小、分布狭窄,而且不含硬团聚体,为制备高强度、高韧性Yb—TZP材料提供了有利条件。

Abstract:The ultrafine Yb2O3-ZrO2 powders with diameter of 0. 02 micron and a narrow size distribution had been prepared by Sol -Gel technique. The starting materials were ZrOCl2 8H2O and Yb2O3. The mixed solutions which were made up of predetermination composition were added dropwise and react to ammonia solution- The mixed gels were fabricated, folio wed by washing in distilled water and dewatering with ethyl alcohol,and by calcinating at 700 C for Ih in air. The ultrafine Yb2O3- ZrO2 powders with very narrow particle size distribution and soft agglomeration were obtain. BET ,XRD,TEM and some other physical properties of powders.
