铝制散热器真空钎焊性能及微观组织研究

摘    要:探索铝制散热器真空纤焊最佳工艺参数,然后对散热器进行水压试验,并对试件断口进行了分析。同时对钎焊接头进行了金相试验、扫描电镜实验以及点成分分析。试验结果说明,在选定的工艺参数之下,钎焊接头水压试验数值能达到15MPa,钎焊断口呈混合断裂的形式。在钎缝中生成了网状的共晶组织,皮层中的Si熔融之后重新结晶,形成条状的Si相,在晶粒边界上析出,这些富Si相的存在成为了接头断裂的一个主要原因。

Abstract:A new manufacture technique of aluminum radiator was studied by means of vacuum brazing technique. The radiator was detected by means of hydrostatic test and the fracture interface was analyzed. Metallurgical test, scan electron microphone and electronic probe microscopy analyzer were used to analysis the brazing joint. The experiment result indicated that the hydrostatic test pressure could reach 1.5 MPa under the final technique parameters and the failure interface was mixture fracture. There was net-shape eutectic microstructure formed in the brazing joint. Si in the cortex metal recrystallized and formed strip Si phase in the vacuum brazing process. These Si phase was segregated on the grain boundary. The existence of these rich-Si phases was an important reason of the joint failure.
