主轴的激光热处理研究与分析

摘    要:机床主轴磨损严重,表面容易烧伤等问题严重制约其发展。采用激光表面热处理工艺,对机床主轴主要表面进行快速激光扫描,可获得高硬度淬火硬化层。激光输出功率越大,光斑的平均密度越高,从而使淬硬层深度和宽度增加。理论和实践证明,在数控机床主轴的加工过程中,穿插激光热处理可有效提高其耐磨性。

Abstract:NC machine-tools are used as important technical equipments in mechanical manufacture trades.Wearing and surface-burning of axles seriously restrict the development of NC machine-tools.The axle of NC machine-tools can obtain high hardness quenching layer when lasers quickly scan its surface.The stronger is laser efficiency,the higher is density of lasyer points.The depth and wideness of quenching layer will be increased.Theories and practices prove that laser heat-treatment can efficiently improve the wear and tear of NC machine-tools axles.
