摘    要:对物料进行超细化处理 ,使其物理化学性能发生许多特殊的变化 ,这一高新技术正日益受到重视 ,有着广阔的应用前景。通过对聚乙烯蜡超细粉生产工艺的比较 ,确定冷冻喷雾粉化生产工艺是最好的。利用现有的氧化聚乙烯装置 ,建成 30 0t/a聚乙烯蜡超细粉生产装置。介绍了此产品的生产工艺过程 ,以及其作为添加剂使油墨和涂料的性能得到提高 ,用途更加广泛

Abstract:The high and new technology of ultra fine powder production, in which the physical and chemical properties of the material are specially changed, has been more and more recognized and has extensive application prospect. By comparison of different production processes of ultra fine powder polyethylene wax, the refrigerating spray process has been proved to be the best way to handle ultra fine powder polyethylene wax. Based on this process and using existing oxidation polyethylene plant, the 300 t/a ultra fine powder polyethylene wax plant has been established. It introduces the production process and the ultra fine powder polyethylene wax used as a additive for printing inks and paintings, by means of which performance of the inks and paintings have been promoted and has extensive application prospect.
