Production Process and Application of Ultra-fine Powder of Polyethylene Wax

The high and new technology of ultra fine powder production, in which the physical and chemical properties of the material are specially changed, has been more and more recognized and has extensive application prospect. By comparison of different production processes of ultra fine powder polyethylene wax, the refrigerating spray process has been proved to be the best way to handle ultra fine powder polyethylene wax. Based on this process and using existing oxidation polyethylene plant, the 300 t/a ultra fine powder polyethylene wax plant has been established. It introduces the production process and the ultra fine powder polyethylene wax used as a additive for printing inks and paintings, by means of which performance of the inks and paintings have been promoted and has extensive application prospect.
