摘    要:在空气-水两相流动工况下,将RBI光学探针测得的时序波形和目测相结合,对AFA-2G 33定位格架组成的棒束通道内存在的两相流型进行了识别。通道水力当量直径为8.98mm,元件的棒径为9.5mm,栅距为12.6mm,棒壁距为2.65mm。液相和气相表观速度范围分别为0.40-2.69m/s,0.02-2.99m/s。试验获得了流型图。结果表明,定位格架结构,特别是交混叶片对定位格架附近区域两相流型变化有重要影响,在棒束通道内的同一截面上存在不同种类流型。

Abstract:The sequence signal and visual observation have been used to identify two-phase flow pattern in the 33 rod bundle with AFA-2G grid spacerr under the condition of air-water two-phase flow. The rod bundle consisted of nine 9.5mm diameter rods arranged in a square with 12.6mm pitch. The rod bundle hydraulic diameter was 8.98mm. The distance of rod to wall was 2.65mm. The liquid and gas superficial velocities in the rod bundle were 0.40-2.69m/s and 0.02-2.99m/s, respectively. A flow pattern diagram has been obtained. The experimental results showed that the grid spacer, especially the mixing vane has significant influence on the transition of flow patterns near the spacer. The different flow patterns at the same section of the channel have been observed.
