摘    要:随着科技的进步和社会的发展,地下大直径竖向工程的施工需求越来越多,已由传统的地下矿山开采领域延伸到水力发电、公路铁路隧道、人防工程、军事工程、市政工程等各个领域。长期以来,我国地下大直径竖向工程的施工主要以人工、半机械化为主,安全风险高、劳动强度大、工作效率低,如果采用大直径天井钻机施工则由于一次性投入购置成本较高制约了大直径竖向工程施工的机械化。本文详细介绍了步进式复扩刀盘的结构组成、工作原理、施工工艺,分析了液压系统,测试了不同预充氮气压力条件下油缸复位时间,提出了地下矿山复杂条件下远程通信控制系统解决方案,并将该技术应用于矿山实际生产,结果表明步进式复扩刀盘可实现小井径天井钻机施工大井筒,对推动我国地下中小型矿山等领域大直径竖向工程施工的机械化意义重大。

Abstract:With the progress of technology and the development of society, the construction demand for underground large-diameter vertical engineering is increasing. It has extended from the traditional underground mining field to various fields such as hydroelectric power generation, highway and railway tunnels, civil defense engineering, military engineering, municipal engineering, etc. For a long time, the construction of underground large-diameter vertical engineering in China has mainly relied on manual and semi mechanized methods, with high safety risks, high labor intensity, and low work efficiency. If large-diameter Raise Boring Machine are used for construction, the high cost of one-time investment restricts the mechanization of large-diameter vertical engineering construction. This article provides a detailed introduction to the structural composition, working principle, and construction technology of the stepper cutterhead. The hydraulic system is analyzed, and the reset time of the cylinder under different pre filled nitrogen pressure conditions is tested. A remote communication control system solution for complex conditions in underground mines is proposed, and this technology is applied to actual production in mines. The results show that the stepper cutterhead can achieve the construction of large shafts using small Raise Boring Machine, The mechanization of large-diameter vertical engineering construction in China''s underground small and medium-sized mines and other fields is of great significance.
