聚四氟乙烯复合材料烧结过程温度控制研究

研究了PTFE复合材料烧结成型过程中内外部位的温度变化过程,探讨了升温、降温速度和晶型转变点附近的保温控制.结果表明,聚四氟乙烯材料在烧结过程中内外部位容易产生温差,这个差异在晶型转变点附近进一步增大,生产过程中应通过升、降温速度与保温控制来尽量减少各部位之间的差异.

Study on Temperature Control During the Sintering Procedure of PTFE Composites

The change of warm-up temperature of the internal and external of PTFE during sintering procedure was studied.The warming and cooling speed,the temperature control during the heat preservation of the crystallization were discussed.
