| 摘 要： | 本文通过对吉林省建国后发生的特大旱涝事件，概述了干旱、洪涝灾害的成因，并选择了特大旱、涝典型年．对高空500百帕这个具有代表性的高度层次大气环流进行特性分析，得出大气环流异常是大旱大涝的直接成因。

| Abstract: | The paper summarizes the cause of draught and waterlogging through huge draught and waterlogging occured in JiLin Province after China founded. It gets that the directive cause of huge draught and waterlogging occurred is abnormally atmosphere circulation according to analyze representative 500Hpa atmosphere circulation based on typical year of huge draught and waterlogging. |
