| 摘 要： | 本文基于随机时变钢筋混凝土结构的变化规律，以及相应的随机时变抗力模型及其计算方法，建立了随机时变钢筋混凝土结构的静力可靠度理论与计算方法。为了处理时变荷载与时变抗力的可靠度问题，提出了随机时变钢筋混凝土结构的时变超越率的计算法，以及随机时变界限法。
