| 摘 要： | 目前人们对于食品卫生的要求不断提高,因此自动化的食品灌装变得越来越普遍和重要,而如何提高灌装的精度,降低灌装过程中的损耗是食品灌装行业的研究方向.结合基本原理图,介绍了一种称重式灌装机系统的具体工作过程,它可以实现包装容器自动进瓶、自动定量灌装、自动出瓶,特别适合于多品种、灌装精度要求高的灌装生产.

| Abstract: | with the increasing demanding on food hygiene at present time,automatic food filling are becoming more and more important,while how to improve precision and reduce wastage are very important research direction in food filling industry.The weighting filler system is of automation and dynamics,which is able to realize automatic infeeding,quantitative filling and outfeeding with the characteristic of high precision,and is suitable for production of various brands with high precision. |
