摘    要:带式浓缩压榨脱水是近几年新发展起来的一种经济高效连续固液分离技术。作者在多年从事该技术研究工作的基础上,提出了一种脱水效率更好的“带式振动浓缩压榨一体化脱水技术”。该技术利用振动方式分别对重力脱水和压榨脱水过程进行作用,使重力脱水过程由静态滤饼过滤变为悬浮动态过滤,压榨脱水过程由静态压滤变为动态压滤,从而提高了整个脱水效率。并通过实验研究,对参数进行了优化,为该技术的推广应用奠定了理论与实验基础。

Abstract:Integrated vibrating belt condense and squeeze dehydration is a kind of economical and high-efficiency continuous solid-liquid separation technology developed in recent years. On the basis of long term research on this technology, we put forward the integrated vibrating belt condense and squeeze dehydration technology that has higher efficiency. With the function of vibration on gravitation dehydration and squeeze dehydration respectively,this technology can increase the dehydration efficiency by converting the gravitation dehydration process from static filter cake filtration to dynamic suspending filtration, and by converting the squeeze dehydration process from static squeeze filtration to dynamic squeeze filtration as well. Through experiment, we optimized the parameters, and laid theoretical and experimental basis for the application of this technology.
