K4型往复式给煤机主要部件的设计

摘    要:给煤机设备是煤矿生产系统的关键部件,在煤矿机械化生产中占重要地位。以K4型往复式给煤机设计为例,介绍了给煤机的工作原理,并对给煤机系统中主要部件的设计选型进行了分析,给出了运行阻力计算方法及产生的原因。

Abstract:Coal feeder is a key equipment in the production of coal mine,and holds an important position in mechanized production of the mine.Through the design of K4 reciprocating feeder,working theory of coal feeder was introduced,and the design and selection of the main components were analyzed,and the causes of running resistance and calculation methods were showed.
