煤矿用提升机盘形制动器闸瓦摩擦因数数学模型研究

摘    要:为寻求导致矿用提升安全事故的深层次原因,利用X-DM型调压变速摩擦试验机,开展无石棉闸瓦材料与16Mn钢对磨的摩擦试验;运用多项式逼近与数理分析方法将大量试验数据进行非线性拟合,得到了摩擦因数的数学模型;利用F检验方法对数学模型的显著性进行检验,检验表明所建模型具有数学上的严密性,与实际情况相符。

Abstract:In order to seek for deep reasons resulting in mine hoisting fatal accident,friction experiment of asbestos-free brake shoe material against 16Mn steel friction disc was conducted using X-DM friction tester.Mathematical model of friction factor was built through mathematical analysis and non-linearity fitting method of polynomial approximation.The results of ftest shows that mathematical model is refined and practical.
