| 摘 要： | 采用环保型高效精练剂KX-310进行冷轧堆前处理试验并优化其工艺条件。试验结果表明，用30％双氧水50g／L，NaOH 55g／L，精练剂KX-310 18g／L，堆置24h，其织物白度可达84．4，毛效14．3cm／30min以上，且强力损伤小。

| Abstract: | The cold pad-batch pretreatment process was carried out with environmental-protecting and high-efficiency scouring agent KX- 310 and the processing conditions were optimized. The results showed that the cotton fabric treated with 50 g/L 30% hydrogen peroxide, 55 g/L sodium hydroxide, 18 g/L scouring agent KX-310, and with dwelling time of 24 h could reach whiteness of 84. 4,capillary effect of 14.3 cm/30 min and low fabric strength damage. |
