运用折流杆技术改造电站换热器的试验研究

摘    要:俄制300MW发电机组折流板结构闭冷器换热管在运行中短期内出现断裂泄漏,通过对泄漏原因的分析和研究,决定采用新型折流杆技术对换热器进行改造。试验表明折流杆换热器具有传热性能好、防振性能强、不易结垢和管程流动阻力小等优点,是高效、节能和耐用的新型换热器设备。

Abstract:Breakage and leakage took place on the baffle plate heat exchangers of Russian-made 300 MW electric generator units in a power plant shortly after the units were put into operation. Upon analysis and research of the leakage causes, a new baffle pole technique was adopted to improve the heat exchangers. Test results show that the baffle pole heat exchanger is effective, energy saving and durable heat exchange equipment featured by good heat transfer and anti-vibration property, insusceptibility to scaling and small flow drag, etc.
