摘    要:介绍了2极2.45kW异步起动永磁同步电动机的设计与试验结果,重点阐述了定子齿磁密和轭磁密之间的关系,提出了控制定子齿磁密和轭磁密,减小铁心损耗、减小铁心损耗设计值和试验值的误差的方法。结果铁心损耗与机械损耗之和从288W减小到69W,铁心损耗与机械损耗之和的设计值与试验值的误差从181.8%减小到11.6%。

Abstract:The design and the test of a line-start permanent magnet synchronous motor of 2-pole 2.45kW was introduced. The relationship of the tooth flux density and the yoke flux density of the motor was analyzed. A method was presented to control the tooth flux density and the yoke flux density in order to reduce the iron loss and the error, which was demonstrated by test results. The sum of iron loss and mechanical loss of the motor was decreased from 288W to 69W while the corresponding error was reduced from 181.8% to 11.6%.
