摘    要:针对吴堡站水文设施设备屡遭强雷电袭击,导致雷电灾害事故不断发生的现象,从雷电产生特性、活动规律及防雷理论出发,结合吴堡站设施设备现状及所采取的局部防雷工程措施,分析探讨水文设施设备屡遭雷击原因,探索解决和预防雷电灾害事故的对策及方法。

Abstract:Hydrological facilities of Wubao station were struck by heavy lightning repeatedly, which often causes lightning disasters. From causes of lightning, lightning activity regularity, and lightning protection theory, an analysis on reasons that hydrological facilities were struck repeatedly by lightning is made according to hydrological facilities status of Wubao station and lightning prevention project measures that are partly taken. Finally the author makes research into countermeasures and methods for solving and preventing lightning disasters.
