| 摘 要： | 二辊斜轧穿孔时轧件除产生基本变形之外,还要产生附加变形。本文采用模拟方法,利用多项式回归分析,研究辊距和管坯直径两个工艺参数对附加变形的影响,得出了计算附加变形的回归公式。 |

| Abstract: | It is observed that an additional deformation occured along with the basic deforma- tion at the time of piercing during dual roll slant rolling period.The influence of two process parame- ters,roll pitch and tube stock on the additional deformation was verified by adopting the analogue method through multinomial regression analysis and the regression formula calculating the additional deformation. |
