| 摘 要： | 介绍在硝酸铵与氯化钾复分解法生产硝酸钾与氯化铵工业中,采用螺旋板换热器分别用于硝酸钾溶液冷却和氯化铵溶液冷却的设备选型、安装方式及工艺操作流程。生产实践表明,采用螺旋板换热器具有不结垢、传热系数高、能耗低、生产能力大、体积小和操作方便等优点。 |

| Abstract: | The equipment selection, installation ways and operation process of plate coil used respectively in the cooling of potassium nitrate solution and ammonium chloride solution, which were two of the steps in the production of potassium nitrate and ammonium chloride by double decomposition of ammonium nitrate and potassium chloride, were introduced. The practical results show that the plate coil has the advantages of anti-scaling,high heat-transfer coefficient,energy saving,better production capacity, less bulk, and easy to use. |
