摘    要:针对电压稳定约束条件下的概率最大输电能力(TTC)进行了研究,考虑了负荷和发电机出力分配不确定性因素对TTC的影响,提出了一种将MonteCarlo仿真和静态电压稳定域方法相结合的概率TTC快速计算方法。文中推导出全注入空间中静态电压稳定域边界的局部切平面表达式,结合聚类分析,采用多个切平面描述静态电压稳定域边界,经验证,该方法计算速度远远快于传统方法,并且具有较高精度,能够满足工程上概率ATC在线计算的需要。

Abstract:This paper describes a new methodology to evaluate the total transfer capability(TTC)considering static voltage stability constraints.The approach combines Monte Carlo simulation with static voltage stability region(SVSR)method.A plane function is derived to estimate part of the boundary of the SVSR in the full power injection space.The SVSR boundary is described by several planes which number and the tangent points position is determined by VQ clustering method.Then TTC can be calculated quickly using the SVSR boundary.The advantages of this proposed method are illustrated by an application to a IEEE RTS-118 system.
