油井自能热洗技术的研究及应用

摘    要:自能热洗清蜡技术利用油井自产液体和天然气作为抽油井热洗的洗井介质和能源,达到节能、清蜡、保护油层的目的,实现了资源的有效利用。自能热洗清蜡技术应用效果良好,具有设备操作简单、成本低、不污染油层的特点,但也有一定的使用局限性,在现场应用时应考虑井况及环境的特点,与其他清蜡技术结合使用。

Abstract:Self--energy thermal washing technology of wax removal utilizes the liquid and gas produced by the oil well itself as the medium and energy to thermally wash pumping wells, thus realizing the effective utilization of resources by saving energy, removing wax and protecting oil--hearing formation. Self--energy thermal washing technology is characterizzed with easy operation, low cost and no pollution to oil--hearing formation. But it also has some shortcomings, So in field application, the author suggests combining it with other wax removal technology in accordance with well conditions.
