黑色页岩型银钒矿综合回收银钒试验研究

摘    要:针对黑色页岩型银钒矿的矿物特点, 确定了除炭富集银精矿的浮选制度, 并对分离后的钒矿进行了焙烧-浸出试验, 实验表明, 采用钙化焙烧-酸浸和钙化焙烧-碱浸2种方法处理该类矿都可以达到较理想的浸出效果, 钒浸出率分别达到74.5%和65%。

Abstract:The beneficiation technology of decarbonization & enrichment of silver was determined on the basis of the characteristics of the black shale-hosted silver and vanadium deposits,and the roasting-leaching test was conducted for the separated vanadium ore.The experimental results show that the ideal leaching results can be obtained by using two methods of CaO roasting-sulphuric acid leaching & CaO roasting-alkali leaching while processing this kind of deposit,and the leaching rate of vanadium is up to 74.5% an...
