合成酯型油性添加剂的研究

摘    要:采用合成酯作为油性剂,与棕榈油进行了一系列的对比试验。结果表明,硬脂酸辛酯不仅在改善矿物油的润滑性及与硫、氯极压添加剂的复合效果方面与棕榈油相当,而且改善了抗氧化性,大幅度延长了油品的使用寿命,综合成本会显著下降。因此,硬脂酸辛酯可以代替棕榈油作油性剂使用。

Abstract:Synthetic esters were tested as oiliness additives and were compared with palm oil.The results show that octyl stearate can enhance the lubricity of mineral oil and its effect of compound with sulphur additive and chlorine additive are equal to that of palm oil,and it also can improve anti-oxidantion,prolong oil life and decrease remarkably cost.Therefor,octyl stearate can replace the palm oil as oiliness additives.
