小功率气体激光器软开关电源的研究

摘    要:介绍了全金属结构小功率气体激光器的电源系统,电源采用高频变流技术设计,主回路为串联谐振负载并联输出的方式.为了实现激光器工作方式的多样化及激光器功率的精确控制,设计了有效的调制电路;同时为了适应气体激光器的工作特性,设计了可靠的预燃电路.实验结果表明:电源工作在谐振状态,实现了过零开关,减少了开关损耗,提高了电源效率;实现了对激光器工作方式和功率的调节,满足了激光器工作的要求.

Abstract:In the paper a laser power supply system is manufactured by high-frequency converting technique with seriesresonant power stage and parallel-load output. Choosing the parameters of the resonance, the generating and the driving pulse circuit are designed. In order to realize the many operation-modes of laser and to control accurately the laser power, the effective modulation circuit is given. In addition, in order to adapt the operation characteristic of gas laser, the credible pre-discharge is also designed. The experimental results indicate that the power supply operates in resonant condition, realizing the zero current and zero voltage switching, reducing the loss of switching, enhancing the efficiency of the power supply. The modulation circuit can modulate the output of the power supply in resonant state, adjusting the operation-modes of laser, satisfying the demand of the laser operation.
